After almost a year of consistently getting my lashes done by Ada and chatting with Chi, I can confidently say this has been one of my favorite lash studios I have been to.

Let me just say, I am pretty picky about my lash artists. I have always had lash extensions on for the past 4 years (minus 2020 bc covid) in multiple different cities. Crazy enough, I even took lash extension classes because I really wanted to learn the process and do it for friends. So I can confidently say I can tell when a lash artists is careful about your lashes and lash health.

I had to go through three different lash artists in Mountain View/Sunnyvale until I found Ada. And when I find a lash artist I like, I stick to them like glue. I have been with Ada through three locations, and they have been with me through two different jobs.

Chi and Ada provide some of the best customer service I have seen. I have had two issues of lashes falling off slightly quicker than normal and they did not hesitate to find some time to fix it. And when I couldn't find a time that worked with my schedule, they came outside their normal hours to fit me.

Ada is the sweetest and so gentle. I almost always fall asleep when she's doing my lashes to only be gently waken up by the soft fan at the end. She is able to give you super natural looks to more dramatic looks. I LOVE how Ada can perfectly get the natural, but not too natural look I want (hybrid, doll eye, 8-11 D curl is my go to!). She also remembers or notes down exactly what I get so I don't even need to explain what I want each time.
She is also really efficient. She can do my lashes with proper isolation and fanning techniques consistently in an hour. And my lashes last 3 weeks easily. In contrast, I have been to lash artists where it takes 2-3 hours for just touch ups! Or I have been to lash artists that also only take an hour, but fail to properly isolate my lashes or put on heavy/poor fans which would damage my lashes. Ada truly is an expert at lash extensions.

Chi is also so great at communication and customer service. I love our little chats after each appointment. He remembered how I texted about a job interview coming up, or when I started my new job!

I am moving so I'm devastated I can't use Ada Lash lounge regularly anymore. I love it and would recommend it to anyone who asks. Thank you Ada and Chi for everything :)

Finally! A place in the Bay Area that does manga/anime style lashes!
Ada Lash is such a fantastic spot to get your lashes done. Everyone who works here is so sweet and professional. I love being able to take off my shoes and relax while getting my lashes done with soothing music in the background.
To begin, you will Venmo a $40 deposit prior to your appointment. By the end of your appointment you have to pay $40 less. If you opt to pay with credit card, you will be reimbursed the $40 deposit via Venmo, and pay the full amount with credit card.
For full transparency, my hybrid full set + tip + 10% off new client special = $185.15 which is such a solid deal for full set hybrid lashes!
With your first visit, they have you fill out some paperwork, ensuring you have no allergies to the adhesive, to seeing what style of lash you have in mind. If you don't know beforehand, they will kindly walk you through different lash styles and lash curls, ensuring you get the exact look you want. They also honor a 10% off discount for your first visit, which is so beyond generous and amazing.
I really like the manga/anime style lashes that were featured here on Yelp, so I opted for that. They were able to alter it to fit my eye shape and natural length of my lashes. End result was GORGEOUS!
The only thing I will note as a good to know: my appointment for a full set was nearly 3 hours (well, 2 hours and 23 minutes if we want to be specific). I hate being antsy, but I definitely started to feel it by the 2nd hour. Be sure to eat beforehand so you aren't hungry like I was! My appointment time was 5:45, but they were running slightly behind schedule due to helping other clients. I would say I got in the lash studio after paperwork/consultation at around 5:55pm and I was done at 8:18pm
Despite the timing, I really love the amount of care they put in doing your lashes and ensuring you are 100% happy and give you such a good deal if you're a new client here. I will definitely come back for my fill very soon! Thank you, Ada Lash for such a fantastic experience overall!

Can't say enough great things about this excellent lash salon. All of the technicians are so skillful- Ada, Selina, and Sofia. The lashes are really natural and last for a long time. The turn around time is so efficient. I drop off my cousin at the salon, $ they have such a comfortable, newly renovated salon for folks to wait. There are treats on the table, & they provide water bottles. If you need extra lash brushes, they have them in the front desk area for clients. All other lash salons don't provide such nice ammenities. They think of everything for customers. Chi makes scheduling extremely easy. We can get an appointment last Minute, in the middle of the day sometimes. He replies fast via text or email. Always very friendly, & he sends you reminder text messages the day before. We are "lifers" here for sure.
